Initia's 73% Climb in 29 Hours (October 2026)

Initia's INIT token rose 73% between October 27 and 28, 2026, from $0.14911 to $0.25793, with $19.9 million traded on Binance on the second day, almost four times the day before. No announcement was reported. Replay a two-stage rally and the 10% swings that followed its peak.

Initia is a blockchain project built around interconnected rollups, and its INIT token had been recovering for weeks before this replay begins. Bybit's price page showed it near $0.114 on October 7, and on October 23 it rose 15.68% on Binance on $8.7 million of volume, its busiest day of the month until then. On the morning of Tuesday, October 27, it was back at $0.149, and the low of the replay, $0.14911, came in the 08:00 UTC hour.

The first stage started an hour later and lasted the US afternoon. The 09:00 UTC hour rose 6.91% to $0.16062 on $187,000, the 16:00 hour 5.36% on $425,000, the 17:00 hour 3.62% on $839,000 and the 18:00 hour 6.52% to $0.19158 on $1.23 million and 28,868 trades, with a high of $0.19870, 33% above the morning low. Then it faded: by the 02:00 UTC hour on Wednesday, October 28, INIT was back at $0.15933, giving up most of the day's gain on modest volume.

The second stage was larger. A 12.26% jump in the 03:00 UTC hour reset the trend, and from 08:00 UTC the token rose in four consecutive hours: 4.32%, 1.89%, 5.99% and then 9.14% in the 11:00 hour on $2.34 million and 47,943 trades, the busiest hour of the replay. The 12:00 hour added 14.70% to $0.24995, and the high of $0.25793 came early in the 13:00 hour, 73.0% above Tuesday's low. TokenPost's 10:08 a.m. ET snapshot put INIT up 41.95% over 24 hours at $0.228, the largest gain among the most-searched crypto assets that day. Neither TokenPost nor any other outlet we found reported news from the project to explain it.

What followed was a different market. The 13:00 hour fell 10.77% on $1.79 million, the 15:00 hour 9.86% to $0.19492 and the 16:00 hour then rebounded 11.54% to $0.21751 on $2.21 million, three double-digit swings in four hours. INIT ended its UTC day up 34.2% at $0.22316 on $19.9 million, and spent the Asian session on Thursday between $0.201 and $0.229, ending the replay at $0.21386. A rally without a catalyst that peaks in the European midday and then swings 10% an hour is a rally being traded rather than accumulated; the volume shows that more money changed hands after the high than on the way up.
