Vaulta's A Token Fell 26% From Saturday's High in Twenty Hours of Steady Selling (October 2026)

Vaulta, the renamed EOS, rose 7.8% on Friday and 6.8% on Saturday, October 17, 2026 to a high of $0.1162. On Sunday it fell in almost every hour from midnight to a low of $0.0861 at 20:00 UTC, with the heaviest selling in the 14:00 and 17:00 hours, and closed down 19.2%. Replay a two-day rally being unwound in one.

Vaulta is the 2025 rebrand of EOS, one of the original 2018 smart-contract platforms, and its A token trades $1 million to $3 million a day on Binance. It had a good end to the week of October 12, 2026: a 7.8% gain on Friday to $0.1048 with a high of $0.1141, and a 6.8% gain on Saturday to $0.1119, with the high of $0.1162 printed in the Saturday evening US session on the week's heaviest volume of $5.1 million. Two up days into a weekend, in a token that had been $0.0991 on Monday.

Sunday unwound it with almost no bounces. The price fell from $0.1126 at midnight UTC to $0.1077 by 03:00, to $0.1042 at 05:00 and $0.1022 at 06:00, then drifted through the European morning to $0.1001 at 12:00. The afternoon was faster. The 13:00 hour fell to $0.0981; the 14:00 hour, the first heavy one at $298,000, took it to $0.0939; the 16:00 and 17:00 hours lost another 5% on $183,000 and $316,000; and the 19:00 hour fell to $0.0868. The low of $0.0861 came in the 20:00 hour, 25.9% below Saturday's high and 23% below the day's open, twenty hours after the decline began.

The one spike of the day came after the low. The 22:00 UTC hour jumped from $0.0869 to $0.0956 in a single quarter-hour on $326,000, the heaviest candle of the session, and closed the hour at $0.0896; the gain lasted fifteen minutes. Sunday closed at $0.0903, down 19.2% on $3.3 million of volume, and Monday's Asian session held between $0.0883 and $0.0910, with the price at $0.0891 at 05:00 UTC, down 16.2% over 24 hours and below where the week before had started.

The replay is the mirror image of AMP's staircase on the same day. Vaulta's decline was gradual for thirteen hours and then accelerated as the US session arrived, the volume rose as the price fell rather than as it rose, and the single sharp candle was a short-covering spike after the low rather than a step toward a high. It is what distribution looks like: the buyers of Friday and Saturday leaving through a door that got narrower every hour.
